Delivery and Return conditions:

Once the order is placed at our online-store, please wait for manager call to confirm the order and delivery terms. All confirmed and prepaid orders are sent via 'Nova Poshta' and delivered within 1-3 working days.

The delivery fee and terms may vary due to remoteness, weight and size of the package.

All orders are being sent every working day.
Orders placed and paid on holidays are sent during the next working day.

Once the order is sent you will receive a Nova Poshta tracking number. You will be able to track the order via the Nova Poshta web-site or app.

Payment conditions:

For convenience, several payment methods are provided:
- full prepayment to the card;
- partial payment;
- cash on delivery (after receipt and inspection of the goods).

Returns and Exchange conditions:

You can exchange or return the product within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Return of goods is possible under the following conditions:
- the product has not been used and has no traces of use: scratches, chips, abrasions, etc
- the integrity of the packaging is not violated, all labels and factory marks are preserved, the goods are in full completeness.

If the product does not work, you may exchange or return it only if you have a certified service center conclusion that operating conditions have not been violated.
