Delicious and easy apple pie

You don't need hard-to-find ingredients for a recipe.
For the doughyou will need:

• 200 g butter
• 290 g flour (sifted)
• 10 g baking powder
• 130 g sugar (less if you want the cake to be not too sweet)
• a pinch of salt
• 3 yolks

For apple filling:

• 4-5 large apples
• 50 g butter
• 50 g sugar

Meringue:

• 3 egg white
• 150 g sugar
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• a pinch of salt
